What you are signing up for

The Smart Way Logistics LLC SMS/MMS program supports conversations about freight inquiries, quotes, shipment coordination, pickup and delivery updates, and customer support. This website’s opt-in does not cover promotional campaigns.

Your choice

Selecting the optional SMS checkbox requests these texts at your supplied number and confirms your agreement to these SMS terms. The checkbox starts unchecked. You may submit a freight inquiry or purchase services without choosing SMS. Simply providing a phone number does not enroll you.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiries and shipments. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your wireless provider about charges.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to the number texting you to unsubscribe. A single confirmation may follow; service texts then stop unless you opt in again. You may also ask us to stop through the contact details below.

Delivery and privacy

Text delivery depends on wireless service and network availability. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Call us for urgent freight needs. A text or web inquiry does not itself confirm transportation.

Our Privacy Policy explains SMS information handling, retention and consent records, including restrictions on sharing mobile data for marketing.
